With the 2010 NBA All-Star game approaching, the All-Star voting is getting intense. Many of the top scorers will be showcasing their skills as fans decide who plays in the game. These will be the All-Star Starters for both teams.

 

The West Starters

Forwards

Carmelo Anthony

Carmelo Anthony leads the league in scoring with 30.3 points per game. In the first round of votes, Carmelo leads the West forwards with 588,958 votes.

Dirk Nowitzki

Dirk Nowitzki is second in votes for West forwards. Dirk scores 26.9 points per game and snags 8.3 rebounds per game. Dirk has 366,300 votes and is looking for his first start ever in the All-Star game.

 

Guards

Kobe Bryant

Kobe is a no brainer. He leads all West guards with 692,518 votes.

Tracy McGrady

The biggest surprise this season would be McGrady. Seeing that China has a huge fan base for Rocket players, I see Tracy McGrady, if healthy, starting in the All-Star game. McGrady is second in votes for guard in the West 281,545.
