As if the Philadelphia 76ers didn't have it rough enough this season, now even children don't want to have anything to do with them.
The Toronto Raptors hosted the Sixers on Tuesday night, and the home team cruised to a 122-98 victory. As the teams made their way into the tunnel, a pair of young Raptors fans stuck their hands out to high-five the players.
Just the Toronto players, though.
This ended in a psych-out for Sixers guard Kendall Marshall, who reached out for a little high-five love. Instead, he got left hanging.
Some fans would jump at the opportunity to have a special moment with an athlete, regardless of the team. But these kids are diehards.
You have to feel bad for Marshall after seeing him get played like this, but it's tough not to be proud of the youngsters for their loyalty.
