Wright Now the Warriors Lineup Not Looking So Bad

The Warriors front office said they would get a small forward this offseason, and it appears they will keep that promise.

They got rid of Corey Maggette, Kelenna Azubuike, and Anthony Randolph, opening up an empty gap at the position.

Now Golden State will likely part ways with smooth shooting Anthony Morrow (who will probably sign with New Jersey) and go for an upgrade in athleticism instead - Dorell Wright.

Wright is young, tall, athletic, and has the skills to compete at both ends of the floor.  

When Miami drafted the kid out of South Kent Prep, they envisioned a scoring force at the three position who could turn into a nice compliment for Dwyane Wade.

He's only 24. And in the Warriors system of Nelly ball, who knows, Wright might live up to his potential, which has so far eluded him.

Right now, the Warriors starting lineup doesn't look bad. There's finally a little reason for optimism.
