With Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh Teaming Up in South Beach, Miami Strikes Gold

Just about half an hour ago, ESPN announced the most significant move in the 2010 Free Agency hoopla yet.

An unidentified person close to the situation announced that Dwyane Wade was being re-signed by the Heat, with Chris Bosh imminently joining him.

The details of the contracts are unknown, and it yet to be seen if the Heat would sign Bosh as a free agent or work out a sign-and-trade deal with the Toronto Raptors, whom Bosh is leaving after seven years.

It is known that the sign-and-trade deal would probably give him an opportunity to earn $125 million over six years, while he would make "only" $96 million over five years if the Heat signed him directly.

Regardless, we can say the Heat are officially back. It is more or less confirmed that   the two perennial All-Stars will be teaming up in South Beach, and it is possible that the Heat may be able to acquire another big name player if Pat Riley continues to work his magic.
