Watch Out: Pistons a Surprising Threat in The Eastern Conference

The Pistons started the season off with two crucial injuries. Tayshaun Prince injured his back and has been out since about the third game of the season, and Richard Hamilton had an ankle sprain and has been out since the first game of the season.

John Kuester found himself in a situation where he had to find a way to replace Hamilton and Prince in that starting lineup with two elite players. So he started running the starting lineup consisting of Rodney Stuckey, Ben Gordon, Jonas Jerebko, Charlie Villanueva, and Ben Wallace.

Then the Pistons faced another injury to Ben Gordon which hurt the Pistons even more in scoring. Which then led to a lineup of Rodney Stuckey, Chucky Atkins, Jonas Jerebko, Charlie Villanueva, and Ben Wallace.

Then once again the Pistons faced another injury to Charlie Villanueva who suffered a broken nose and has been taken out of the starting lineup to provide the spark the Pistons need off the bench. Which now leads to the Rodney Stuckey, Chucky Atkins, Jonas Jerebko, Jason Maxiell, and Ben Wallace Starting lineup.
