Washington simply didn't bring the type of effort required to unseat the Heat for a second consecutive time. LeBron James seemed to be on a mission to beat the Wizards this time around, as he led the way with a 23-point, 10-rebound and five-assist performance.

Dwyane Wade and Udonis Haslem chipped in 13 points apiece as the Wizards struggled to keep Miami from getting easy shots inside. As a team, Miami shot 50 percent from the field and scored 42 points inside the paint.

The Wizards were led by rookie guard Bradley Beal, who racked up 19 points, and an efficient performance from power forward Cartier Martin, who scored 18 points and had six rebounds to go along with four assists in 27 minutes off the bench.
