Lakers 101, Jazz 96—Final

Kobe Bryant scored 60 points during his final outing as a member of the Los Angeles Lakers, capping his illustrious career with the game-winning shot to defeat the Utah Jazz.

The Black Mamba accounted for each of the Lakers' final 21 points, scoring 17 and dishing a pair of assists. His jumper with 30 seconds remaining gave Los Angeles a 97-96 edge it wouldn't relinquish.

Bryant set an NBA single-game record with 50 field-goal attempts, connecting on 22. He added four rebounds and four assists.

"Mamba out," he said on ESPN following the career-ending victory.
