Tracy McGrady Wants to Play for the Orlando Magic, Again?

Tracy McGrady will become a free-agent during the upcoming 2010 offseason when he states that he will sign with whichever team gives him the best chances of winning.

After competing against the Magic in Orlando the other night, McGrady was asked if he would play for his old team again, and his response was “of course”.

“If I was to come back, I was going to rent out (cousin Vince Carter’s) guest house,” McGrady said.

“It is good to see him home, to keep the family in a Magic uniform. A lot of great memories here. The four years I played here were unbelievable years, some great games, great nights, a lot of memories I’ll never forget.”

Although T-Mac continues to state that his first option would be to stay in Houston after season's end, McGrady has also made it public that it’s no longer about the money for him.

Is this a possible hint for the elite teams in the league that they should hop onto the McGrady train and possibly sign him for a veteran's minimum?
