The NBA's leading rebounder, Kevin Love, will be watching the All-Star Game from home on February 20th.

Tim Duncan, who is averaging 13.6 points per game to go with 9.4 rebounds, will be at the Staples Center playing in the game.

Is this a joke?

No, it is not. Love was snubbed from the game despite averaging eight points and six rebounds more per game than Duncan. The only significant stat that the latter is outperforming the former is in blocks per night.

Look, voters: I know Tim Duncan is one of the greatest power forwards to ever play the game, but seriously? You don't have to feel bad for the guy; he's already played in 12 All-Star Games himself.

Even in the 1998-99 season when he was averaging 21.7 points and 11.4 rebounds, he did not get picked.

I'm sorry folks, but this is not a popularity contest. I understand Duncan has had an excellent career, and he will be a first ballot Hall of Famer someday.

But for now, you have made one of the biggest snubs ever known to mankind.
