The Timberwolves Need To Watch March Madness

The Minnesota Timberwolves have struggled with many things this season. The biggest, most important thing that any pro team can struggle with is winning.

The Timberwolves have struggled with this a lot. Not just this year either.

It's become a bad habit the Timberwolves have.

If you look at the Celtics' recent signing of Michael Finley, you can easily see what that team is trying to do. They're not upgrading any shooting, any defense, or any athleticism. They're signing a player that has won multiple championships with the San Antonio Spurs.

That's a move the Wolves should think of. Who better to put on a team that's struggling to win than a player who wins the NCAA championship?

Let's break it down by pick.

If the Wolves get No. 1, the logical thing to do would be to take John Wall, and then trade one of their other three point guards (if not all three). But let's say that Kentucky is knocked off early from the NCAA tournament. What happens then? Do the Wolves just add another player that has skill, but not the capacity to win?

This is where the Charlotte and Utah picks come in handy.
