The King’s New Men? Roster Moves That Could Help the Cavs Keep LeBron James

The off-season has officially begun for LeBron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers. After a second consecutive disappointing playoff end to an impressive regular season, the Cleveland Cavaliers are going to be looking to improve their roster yet again. While all of the writers focus on where LeBron is leaving to, his failures in the playoffs, and his deficiencies as a leader: I have chosen to go another route. Instead of putting another article out there discussing where LeBron is going and who he is teaming up with, I've decided to take a look at what Danny Ferry and company can do to improve the roster and keep LeBron in Cleveland. Obviously, the "unofficial" reports of Mike Brown being fired is the first step in the right direction toward creating a Cavaliers team with a better leadership foundation, but the team roster is going to go through a make-over as well. Even though the Cavaliers will have limited cap flexibility, there are plenty of creative ways to add the talent necessary to make a REAL playoff run.
