Chicago Bulls forward Taj Gibson will be out for at least one more game because of a rib injury.

Gibson Will Not Play Against Bucks Sunday, April 3 Charles Gardner of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel confirmed Gibson would not be in the lineup Sunday against the Milwaukee Bucks. Gibson is dealing with a rib fracture, per Nick Friedell of ESPN.com. 

This is yet another physical setback for Gibson after he suffered through a foot injury and hamstring injury just this season alone. Gibson’s ailments are symbolic of what has been a frustrating campaign in the Windy City, as the injury-marred Bulls have failed to live up to expectations or develop much on-court chemistry because of various health concerns.

Former Defensive Player of the Year Joakim Noah suffered a season-ending shoulder injury, while Jimmy Butler, Mike Dunleavy and Nikola Mirotic have all missed sizable chunks of games with their own physical issues. What’s more, Pau Gasol and Derrick Rose have dealt with injuries at times this season.
