T-Mac Doubtful That LeBron Will Come To Knicks

In a stunning turn of events, Tracy McGrady says that he wants to play for a contender next year and the key for a Knicks return would be LeBron James. If the Knicks are not able to get LeBron, they are most likely destined to continue to fail. McGrady believes that he alone cannot carry the Knicks.

McGrady is now skeptical of James leaving Cleveland and his days as a Knick could be numbered. Mike D'Antoni sounds like he may not want T-Mac around for next year as he believes his injuries are slowing the team down. 

The Knicks' trade deadline acquisition sat out yesterday's win against the Clippers after not playing due to an injury against the Golden State Warriors. 

T-Mac said, "My honest opinion, I don't see it happening. I really don't. It's set for him right now."

The Knicks are on pace to lose 50 games for a third straight season and the second under D'Antoni's helm. The Cavaliers are currently soaring and have won 60 games for their second straight season.
