Struggling or Lazy? Boston Celtics Need To Pull Something Together Against Cavs

I face-palmed when Celtics got blown out by the Grizzlies. It was almost as bad as the loss against the Nets. 

The Celtics weren't doing well this month. Doc Rivers blamed the recent struggles on the guys not playing the full 48 minutes. That was clear in the blowout game. The first quarter was treacherous. They didn't start pulling together something until the second half. But then it was too late.

The game before the blowout was against the Bucks. This one was much closer, the Bucks win by two thanks to a huge night by Bogut. However, the Celtics' inability to play the full 48 is once again shown in this game. In the forth quarter they were outscored 16-22 and all the effort from the first three quarters went down the drain.

However, in the most recent game, the Celtics pulled off a big W against the Pacers. There was not a single quarter in which the Pacers outscored the Celtics by more than two. 

The answer to the question in the title I would say is lazy.
