Oklahoma City Thunder center Steven Adams exited Monday's preseason game against Real Madrid with a sprained ankle. It is uncertain when he will return to action.

Adams Out vs. Barcelona Tuesday, Oct. 4 Erik Horne of the Oklahoman reported Adams will not play Wednesday and will be re-evaluated when the team returns to Oklahoma City.

Adams' Injury Tests Thunder's Frontcourt Depth Before exiting the game, Adams had played nine minutes, scoring seven points and grabbing one rebound. The Thunder's official Twitter account shared a replay of his one-handed dunk to finish off a fast break:



Adams has been among the league's healthiest bigs over the past three seasons despite getting banged up on numerous occasions.

Dating back to his 2013-14 rookie campaign, Adams has missed just 15 games—12 of which came in 2015.
