Stephen Curry Injury: Updates on Warriors Star’s Leg and Return

The Golden State Warriors have taken a hit, as reigning NBA MVP Stephen Curry is dealing with an injury to his leg.

Curry Dealing with Sore Lower Left Leg Tuesday, Dec. 29 According to Yahoo Sports' Marc Spears, Curry is officially questionable for Wednesday night's game against the Dallas Mavericks. 

Curry has been a horse for the Warriors in each of the last three seasons, appearing in at least 78 regular-season games during that span, and has somehow improved on his MVP campaign from last year with an NBA-best 30.5 points per game this year. 

The 27-year-old suffered a scary fall in Game 4 of the Western Conference Finals against the Houston Rockets last year, but he returned to the contest late in the third quarter after going through two concussion protocol tests. 

Shaun Livingston is the Warriors' backup point guard, but fellow backup guard Leandro Barbosa is currently dealing with his own injury issues.
