Stephen Curry Comments on Free Agency, Future with Golden State Warriors

It's hard to imagine Stephen Curry in a better situation than the one he's in now. He's one of the best players in the league and is coming off a season in which he won the Most Valuable Player award and an NBA title.

Not surprisingly, the 27-year-old isn't considering leaving the Golden State Warriors.

"As I am thinking right now, free agency isn't really appealing to me, because I love where I'm at, love the organization I'm playing for and the Bay Area is home for me and my family," he said Monday, via Sporting News' Jimmy Spencer.

"It helps being world champs, and you want to continue to build the momentum that we've established, and I hope to have a huge part of that in the long term," he continued.  

Curry echoed those sentiments when asked by Facebook fans on Aug. 25 (via Kurt Helin of ProBasketballTalk) about potentially leaving Golden State, saying, "Hopefully not. Hopefully everything works out and I can finish my career here. I've probably got like 10 good years left."
