Golden State Warriors guards Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson finished Monday's 125-107 win over the New Orleans Pelicans with 531 combined made three-pointers during the 2015-16 campaign, breaking their own record for most treys made by a pair of teammates in a single season, per GSWStats.

Neither player had a particularly noteworthy performance by their own lofty standards in Monday's game, with Curry putting up 27 points, five rebounds, five assists, two steals and one turnover, though he did impressively make 10 of his 16 field-goal attempts and four of his nine tries from beyond the arc.

Thompson connected on seven of his 11 field-goal attempts and two of his four three-point attempts, finishing with 18 points, two rebounds, a block and four turnovers in the easy win.

Curry, who turned 28 on Monday, has an NBA-record 322 three-pointers made this season, breaking the mark that he previously set in 2012-13 (272) and then again in 2014-15 (286).

Thompson, meanwhile, has made 209 treys this season, putting him on pace to top his personal career-best mark of 239 from last season.
