Seth Curry’s Shooting Prowess Makes Him a Lock to Land on an NBA Roster

Just as Golden State Warriors superstar Steph Curry pointed out via Twitter on Thursday following the 2013 NBA draft, the NBA is sleeping on his brother, former Duke Blue Devils sharpshooter Seth Curry:



The youngest Curry surprisingly went undrafted on Thursday night, and he will now have to overcome the odds to make his way into the league as an undrafted free agent.

But before you write Seth Curry off and label him as an overrated college basketball star, consider his impressive shooting prowess and how it translates to the NBA game. After all, his older brother is only three years older and an inch taller, but he managed to average over 23 points per game this past postseason.

Plus, Seth Curry is every bit as lethal from downtown as his older brother. He's not nearly as threatening as a creator off the dribble, but give him space and he'll make you pay.



As a senior with Duke last season, Curry shot nearly 44 percent from beyond the arc. To put that in perspective, Steph shot just 38 percent from deep during his final season with Davidson in 2008-09.
