Tony Parker scored 18 points, Kawhi Leonard had 17 points and 15 rebounds and six San Antonio Spurs players scored in double figures in a 109-99 victory over the Denver Nuggets at the Pepsi Center Tuesday night, giving the Spurs their fourth straight win and the Nuggets their fourth consecutive loss.

This game was tight up until the fourth quarter when San Antonio immediately opened up a 13-point lead and led by as much as 14.

The Nuggets got out to a good start, taking an early 9-2 lead as the Spurs missed 11 of their first 12 shots. Soon, San Antonio got into a rhythm, and by halftime, the Spurs were up 51-48.

San Antonio had the lead for most of the third quarter and held off numerous Denver advances throughout the period and took an 80-76 lead into the fourth.

That was when the Spurs broke things open, burying three three-pointers inside of the first three minutes to grab a 91-78 advantage. The Nuggets were able to cut the lead to eight late, but Parker hit a triple to stretch the lead back to double digits to put the game away.
