The Spurs come in off a 101-74 win over the Oklahoma City Thunder on Saturday for their fourth straight win. The Knicks won 98-92 at home against the Indiana Pacers, snapping a two-game losing streak.

Tip-off is set for 7:30 and our NBA spreads indicate that the Spurs are favored by six points over the Knicks.

Tony Parker had 14 points and 10 assists, and George Hill came off the bench to score 16 points in just 21 minutes of work.

Manu Ginobili leads the Spurs, averaging 18.7 a game, but had just nine points in the win over Oklahoma City.
