Russell Westbrook has been racking up triple-doubles at a constant rate this year, though Monday's was a little different.
The Oklahoma City Thunder All-Star point guard secured a triple-double, his 18th of the year, in the second quarter, finishing with 13 points, 10 rebounds and 14 assists in the Thunder's 112-79 win over the Los Angeles Lakers at Chesapeake Energy Arena.
Westbrook became the first player since Kevin Johnson in 1997 to record a triple-double in the first half, per SportsCenter.
The official time for Westbrook's triple-double was 17 minutes, 35 seconds, per CBS Sports.
Despite Westbrook's historic feat, it was a subpar shooting night for him. Westbrook was 5-of-13 from the floor, missed all five of his three-point attempts and even missed two of five free throws.
