For quite some time now, Bulls fans have been questioning whether Vinny Del Negro will be gone once the season comes to a conclusion.

Things have been looking dim for quite some time now.

Things have transpired over the season, all pointing to the end of the road for Del Negro.

Well, early today a rumor was going around which could be the beginning of the end for Del Negro.

Rumor is, via ESPN, that Vinny Del Negro is a "goner."

Many rumors have been swelling over the past several months as Del Negro being a "dead man walking."

Also, many insiders close to the situation have been relaying information suggestion they would be "surprised" if he returns as the Bulls coach when the season begins next year.

Del Negro has put up a mediocre record of 82-82 in his first two seasons as the Chicago Bulls head coach.

Although his record may not stand out, he has led the Bulls to two consecutive playoff births.

So, why fire a coach who has been somewhat successful over his first two years and looks to have a bright future with the possibility of landing a top-notch free agent?
