Report: Wizards Guard Gilbert Arenas Released Out of Halfway House

After his gun incident, Gilbert Arenas had to stay in a halfway house for a month. Now a month has gone by and the Wizards guard has been released from there.

Arenas arrived in his Washington home in his Mercedes Benz at about 8:30 in the morning. What was a bit humorous about this is that Arenas probably forgot the code to enter his house.

Trying to punch the numbers on the keypad, he failed on numerous attempts. Arenas then yelled and a woman replied with the number.

Arenas was asked about his time in the halfway house, but didn't reply. He said he nothing to say. I can understand why. We should all. It's something you really don't want to talk about to the media right when you get out of it.

Arenas was sentenced to a month in a halfway house, but will also have to serve time on probation for two years. He also has to cover up the $5,000 fine and 400 hours of community service. But sadly for him, it can't be performed at basketball clinics.

On April 9, Arenas had to serve 48 hours in jail.

But now Arenas can put this stuff behind him. He is now free to do his basketball career again. Like what happened to Mic ...
