Dallas Mavericks fans might want to look away.

After falling to the floor in the first quarter against the Orlando Magic, Rajon Rondo was struck in the face by teammate Richard Jefferson's knee. After the blow to the head, Rondo went to the locker room.

Eddie Sefko of The Dallas Morning News announced on Twitter that Rondo would not return to the game:

The Mavericks held a 34-17 lead after the first quarter, but they were much more concerned about the status of Rondo.
