Pivot Points: The Top 10 Teams In The NBA Right Now

Trying to choose the order of the top teams in the NBA is a highly subjective matter, and is rife for instances of potential controversy. It doesn't help that teams like the Orlando Magic, and Denevr Nuggets have recently been plagued with losses as they have embarked on cross-conference road trips. One thing is certain, and that is the positions held by the top two teams, the Los Angeles Lakers, and the Boston Celtics. The Lakers and Celtics have distanced themselves from the pack and have proven to be the most complete teams in the league thus far. Their resolve is sure to be tested as the next month will find both teams playing crucial games on the road that will help determine the true nature of their teams. The San Antonio Spurs are noticeably absent from this list and the reason is because their performance doesn't yet meet the merits to be included. Expect them to make an appearance in the next version, as their roster for the first time has a full complement of players. Keep in mind that this is my version of the top teams right now, and the future is sure to hold a different fate for some of these teams down the road.
