Indiana Pacers playmaker Paul George will miss the next few games while he recovers from a sore back and ankle. It's unclear when he will return.

Latest on George's Timeline for Return Friday, Nov. 25 The Pacers announced George will miss the team's next three games.

George Gives Pacers One of NBA's Most Versatile Playmakers George suffered an ankle injury earlier in the season and missed the majority of the 2014-15 campaign with a gruesome leg injury.

However, he played 81 games last season and averaged 23.1 points, 7.0 rebounds and 4.1 assists per game as Indiana's leader on the floor.



When healthy, George is one of the best players in the league. He is a three-time All-Star, three-time member of the NBA All-Defensive Team, three-time member of the All-NBA Third Team and Indiana's best option on both ends of the floor.
