Paul George Donates $10,000 to Help Family Buy Wheelchair-Accessible Van

After hearing one of his biggest fans needed help, Indiana Pacers star Paul George stepped up in a big way. 

The family of 11-year-old Daisy Esterline, who has cerebral palsy, had been trying to raise money to buy a wheelchair-accessible van. The family had set up a GoFundMe page with the goal of raising $12,000.

Howard Esterline sent George—who had previously met Daisy—a tweet this past weekend to ask him for some help. 

On Monday, George came through for the family via the GoFundMe page—with an incredible donation of $10,000.

He also left a supportive message for his fan:
