Otto Porter Injury: Updates on Wizards Wing’s Hip and Return

Washington Wizards forward Otto Porter is recovering from a hip injury, according to an announcement from the team on Saturday. A timetable for his return has not been disclosed.

Injury Derails Porter's Progression In just his third NBA season, Porter has continued to grow within the Wizards organization, becoming a starting small forward in Washington.

A wing player with plenty of size, Porter has exhibited a nice shot to complement a large, physical frame that allows him drive to the basket. He's on pace for career highs this season, averaging 12.5 points and 5.6 rebounds per game.
