Orlando Summer League 2016: Thursday Scores, Stats, Highlights and Reaction

Thursday saw the final day of matchups at the Orlando Summer League take place before the championship on Friday, with a number of teams jockeying for position at the preseason tournament. 

Below, we'll take a look back at the day's action and the top highlights.  

 

Orlando Magic (Blue) Beat Dallas Mavericks, 96-94

The Orlando Blue team earned its first win of the summer league, sneaking past the Dallas Mavericks in a tight matchup, 96-94.

Devyn Marble was superb for Orlando Blue, leading all scorers with 21 points while adding six assists, five steals and two rebounds. Nick Johnson continued to impress, chipping in 19 points, nine assists and five rebounds, while Stephen Zimmerman added 12 points and five blocks.
