Orlando Magic vs. New York Knicks: Dwight Howard and Co. Favored Big

The Orlando Magic will go for their fifth straight win tonight when they host the New York Knicks in the first of three meetings between these two teams. Orlando and New York were scheduled to play back on November 2, but the game was postponed due to debris falling after an overnight cleaning.

Orlando swept the season series 3-0 last season, but both teams have much different looks to them this season. Looking at our NBA spreads for tonight's games, oddsmakers have the Magic favored by 7.5 points over the Knicks at home.

The Magic made a pair of trades on Dec. 18 that brought Gilbert Arenas, Jason Richardson and Hedo Turkoglu to Orlando. After losing the first two with the new-look lineup, the Magic have won four straight, including big wins over the San Antonio Spurs and Boston Celtics. Once again, the Magic look like one of the elite teams in the Eastern Conference.
