The Oklahoma City Thunder bounced back from a disappointing Friday night loss against the Boston Celtics by edging the Philadelphia 76ers in overtime by a final 116-109 margin.

After going into the half with a one-point lead, the Thunder turned up the intensity in the third quarter. They extended that lead with a 35-point explosion following the half to build a six-point lead heading into the final quarter.

They went cold, though, and let the 76ers get back in the game. After missing their last seven shots of regulation, the Thunder let the Sixers storm back to force overtime.

Kevin Durant and his teammates turned it on again and did enough to silence the crowd. Durant, Russell Westbrook, Thabo Sefolosha and Kevin Martin all chimed in with their own three-pointer in the final period to distance the suddenly red-hot-shooting Thunder from their hosts.

Durant finished with a game-high 37 points while Westbrook finished with 30 of his own.

Thaddeus Young was the high-scorer for the Sixers, recording 29 points. He also added 15 rebounds and four assists in 44 minutes of action.
