Warriors 122, Thunder 96—Final

Kevin Durant poured in 39 points to guide the Warriors past his former team, 122-96, Thursday night at Oracle Arena.

Thanks to 16 points from Durant, Golden State (4-1) ripped off a 37-11 advantage in the period and took control of the game.

He finished 15-of-24 from the floor and tied a career high with seven three-pointers. Stephen Curry registered 21 points and seven assists. Klay Thompson snapped his cold-shooting streak with a season-best four triples, contributing 18 points.
