November 23rd, 2013 by Andy Bailey Leave a reply »
The New York Knicks (3-9) won each of the first two quarters, but as has been the case several times this season, they were smashed by the Washington Wizards (5-8) in the second half.

Led by star point guard, the Wizards won by a final score of 98-89 Saturday night.

Wall was sensational throughout the game, scoring 31 points on 10-of-18 shooting and dishing out seven assists. The Knicks didn't have anyone who could stay in front of him at any point during the night.

Marcin Gortat had a huge game as well. He grabbed 17 rebounds and scored 16 points.

Following their fifth straight loss, the Knicks are sure to face a lot of tough questions.

It looks like Carmelo Anthony is the only player the team can count on just about every night. Saturday he had 23 points and 12 rebounds.
