NBA Trade Rumors: Luol Deng To Clippers? Eric Maynor To Pacers?

With the Draft less than 24 hours away, draft picks and players are being thrown around like crazy. Two in particular names are Oklahoma City Thunder's Eric Maynor, and the Chicago Bull's Luol Deng.

 

Luol Deng and the No. 17 pick via Clippers for the No. 8 pick

The Clippers may trade their No. 8 pick to Chicago for Luol Deng and the Bulls' 17th pick. This trade is a very good trade for the Clippers, because their hole in the starting line-up is the small forward position.

So, by adding a proven veteran into the starting rotation, will give the Clippers a legitimate starting five (Baron Davis, Eric Gordon, Luol Deng, Blake Griffin and Chris Kaman), and the No. 17 pick to start up a young bench. Where as the Bulls, must be eying a specific player at the No. 8 spot, who they think can come in and contribute right away.

As for the other rumor.

 

Eric Maynor and both the No. 18 and No. 21 picks via Indiana for the No. 10 pick
