Trade talk surrounding some of the NBA's most notable players may not come to fruition until the draft on June 27, but speculation is already starting to heat up.

While offseason news will be dominated by the decisions of soon-to-be free agents like Dwight Howard, Chris Paul, Josh Smith and others, there is no shortage of top players on the trading block as teams look to give themselves an upper edge heading into free agency.

Shawn Marion to Cleveland?



According to Joe Kotoch of Sheridan Hoops, the Cavs are in serious discussions to acquire Dallas Mavericks forward Shawn Marion. 

Mark Cuban's Mavs are looking to offload Marion's $9.3 million salary in order to make a big splash in free agency, and the deal may also include swapping Cleveland's No. 19 pick with the Mavericks' 13th pick.
