According to SI.com, the Houston Rockets and Sacramento Kings have agreed to a trade that will send Tracy McGrady, Carl Landry, and Joey Dorsey to Sacramento in exchange for Kevin Martin, Hilton Armstrong, Sergio Rodriguez, and Kenny Thomas.

Considering it had been widely reported that the Rockets were to be deciding between dealing McGrady to the Bulls or Knicks, the Kings move comes as a bit of a surprise.

Even more shocking was the fact that Sacramento was willing to part with Martin, a player Kings' management has been saying would not be available to trade.

The Rockets' inclusion of Landry in the deal was likely a major selling point for the Kings, as he is having a breakout year, averaging 16 points per game coming off the bench.

Martin is a huge pickup for the Rockets, and gives them a perimeter player capable of scoring in bunches and creating his own shot.

According to ESPN's Marc Stein, it's still quite possible that McGrady will end up in New York by the time Thursday's trade deadline rolls around.

More details to come.
