You’d think after Hurricane Katrina and the BP Fiasco, God would stop hating on New Orleans. Think again, Nostradamus. Reports from Yahoo! Sports today revealed that the Hornets are listening to offers for Chris Paul, one of the top three point guards in the NBA. Most people would call him an untouchable, but with the circumstances in The Big Easy, it could happen. As owner Chris Shinn tries to sell the team, he wants to drop salary faster than the Florida Marlins after a World Series. And with the impressive play of Darren Collison, Hornets’ head honchos see Paul as somewhat expendable. Calling a player that averages a double-double for his career “expendable” is like calling Floyd Mayweather an idiot to his face. Painfully stupid. Nevertheless, the possibility of CP3 moving is out there. And in the wild atmosphere of the 2010 offseason, he could provide another chapter to the possibly monumental summer. Begin Slideshow
