NBA Summer League 2015: Scores and Highlights from Saturday’s Las Vegas Results

A spot in the semifinals of the 2015 Las Vegas Summer League was on the line for the eight teams in action Saturday. An NBA summer league title might not be the most prestigious of honors, but winning the tournament can be a great springboard for incoming rookies or older veterans who are hoping for another shot in the league.

Among the more notable teams that are still remaining in the Vegas Summer League include the Boston Celtics, Chicago Bulls and Phoenix Suns, all of whom have a handful of young players who could have large roles in the 2015-16 season.

Below, you'll find brief recaps for each of Saturday's four summer league games.

Saturday Recap  Spurs def. Celtics, 95-93



One piece of late-game heroics begets another.

Terry Rozier's three-pointer with 2.5 seconds remaining in the fourth quarter brought the Boston Celtics into a 93-93 tie with the San Antonio Spurs. After San Antonio called a timeout, Treveon Graham inbounded the ball to Shannon Scott, who somehow got his runner to find nothing but net as time expired:
