The countdown has begun. The NBA's summer has started.
As of late, rumor has it, that Ray Allen might end up signing with the Miami Heat, alongside a cast of superstars.
Reports have stated that LeBron James, Dwyane Wade, Chris Bosh, and Ray Allen have all spoken with each other and wouldn't mind forming a "Dream Team" in Miami.
This is not going to happen. Let me repeat, not going to happen.
There is little chance that all players involved would take a major pay cut to play with each other. And on top of it, Ray Allen is looking at his last chance for a major contract, so I doubt he'd take a pay cut. Also, I might add, I truly believe that Ray Allen won't leave Boston, especially with knowledge of Doc Rivers remaining head coach of the Celtics.
I do believe that there is a very good chance that one superstar will join forces with Dwyane Wade in Miami. I think that player, realistically, is Chris Bosh.
LeBron? I just don't see him going to Miami.
