Kyle Lowry recently demanded to either be traded by the Houston Rockets or for coach Kevin McHale to be fired!
Lakers fans should be familiar with the name Kyle Lowry, as the team was rumored to have offered Pau Gasol to the Rockets last season in exchange for a package of players that included Kyle Lowry.
The Rockets were said to have refused and countered with offering Goran Dragic instead of Lowry, not because they wouldn't swap Lowry for Gasol in a heartbeat but because including Lowry in a package that already was said to include Kevin Martin, Luis Scola, Patrick Patterson and a first-round pick would simply have been far to much to give up for the Big Spaniard.
With the Lakers' focus said to be on acquiring Deron Williams from the New Jersey Nets and the Rockets still thought to be extremely interested in acquiring Pau Gasol from Los Angeles, Kyle Lowry's recent tantrum may have created the perfect storm that brings Deron Williams to the City of Angels!
I propose the following three-team trade:
