NBA Rumors: Big-Name Free Agents Close to Finding a Team

About a month into the NBA season, there are still a bunch of talented players looking to find a landing spot.

While none of these players are game-changers, they can all provide a boost to a team's rotation and help that team get into the playoffs and beyond. 

Everyone in this group has garnered some interest in the past week and should come close to making a roster in the near future.

 

Raja Bell



Pairing Steve Nash with Mike D'Antoni will create an offensive spark with the Los Angeles Lakers. However, bringing more of the old Phoenix Suns gang back together could be even better. 

According to Adrian Wojnarowski of Yahoo, Raja Bell has drawn praise from former rival Kobe Bryant and the superstar "has been a proponent of acquiring Bell once he's a free agent."

Wojnarowski claims that Byrant is not alone and that the Lakers have serious interest in bringing the defensive specialist on board.

The only issue is trying to find room for him on the current roster. The Lakers do not want to pay the salary of a player that they would have to release in order to sign Bell.
