Rudy Fernandez Sidelined For Four to Six Weeks

Fernandez had surgery this week to alleviate pain and pressure in his legs. A damaged nerve in his back was causing the disruption, and the second-year guard should miss at least a month of action.

He has already been cleared to begin conditioning, but will be limited to non-basketball activities, as his legs and back are still vulnerable to contact and severe pressure.

Martell Webster is the most likely to benefit from his absence, while second-year combo guard Jarryd Bayless could get some extra minutes, as well.

 

Brandon Jennings Not Worried About Knee Injury

Brandon Jennings reportedly hyper-extended his knee in Milwaukee's victory on Wednesday night, but was healthy enough to re-enter and finish the game.

The injury doesn't look to be anything serious, and we fully expect Jennings to start against the Blazers in his next game.
