While Shaquille O'Neal is drawing mild interest around the league, Tracy McGrady in the process of getting examined, and Allen Iverson is nowhere to be seen, meanwhile, Chicago has liters of potential and subdue over the adequate mind.

Like, why wouldn't major Free Agents take less to play here over some packed fair-weather-arena in Miami?
