Josh Childress to Work Out for the New Orleans Pelicans



According to Hoopshype, via Kurt Helin of NBC Sports’ Pro Basketball Talk, free-agent swingman Josh Childress will be working out for the New Orleans Pelicans:



Throughout his seven-year career, Childress is averaging 9.2 points per game on 52 percent shooting from the field.

While he has only played a total of 48 games over the last two seasons, Childress still is a smart basketball player who knows where to be on the court and when to be there.

One thing about veterans like Childress is that they know their role and don’t try to do anything beyond their limits.
