NBA Mock Draft 2010: Predicting the Lottery Picks

While everyone else out there is bending and twisting their way through trades, news and rumors, I've settled down and decided to just give my best shot at the Lottery portion of the 2010 NBA Draft .

Let's be honest, there is way too much information and rumors running wild to get the first-round, much less the entire two-round draft, correct.

This isn't the NFL Draft , where teams start giving major signs as to who they might pick the day before the draft. Outside of the top two, the door is wide open to several different trade and pick scenarios.

Here's Weekly Fantasy Sportal 's attempt at getting it right on one try with this year's NBA Draft, dissecting, analyzing and picking all 14 of the Lottery picks :

 

1. Washington Wizards - John Wall , PG, Kentucky

This isn't speculation anymore. Washington is moving in a different direction at the point guard position, and that direction is with Wall in mind.

They could pause and consider Evan Turner, but they know that Gilbert Arenas can't be the face of their franchise any longer. It's got to be John Wall.
