USA Today's Sam Amick wrote, "DeMar DeRozan has decided to re-sign with the Toronto Raptors...Terms not finalized."
Bradley Beal and the Wizards are close to securing a five-year, $128 million max deal, per The Vertical's Adrian Wojnarowski.
The Knicks and Joakim Noah are "nearing agreement" on a deal that would earn Noah $72 million over four years, per ESPN's Chris Broussard.
The Lakers and Timofey Mozgov are working out the framework of a four-year, $64 million deal, per Wojnarowski.
The Trail Blazers extended a four-year max-contract offer to Chandler Parsons, according to Wojnarowski. Parsons has not yet accepted the offer.
The Hornets have reached a five-year, $120 million deal with forward Nicolas Batum, per Shams Charania.
The Lakers have agreed to a four-year, $50 million deal with their emerging shooting guard, Jordan Clarkson, per Charania.
