NBA Finals 2010: Paul “Fierce” Pierce Back Home in Cali To Be Crowned

If you’re the current NBA defending champion Los Angeles Lakers, being back in Cali means that you’re about to play Game Six of the 2010 NBA Finals at Staples Center, which, much like two years ago, will probably be your elimination game. 

Of course, Staples Center is in LA, not Boston, I know. But how could you forget that 39-point Game Six loss of two years ago—the one after which The Big Three and Company clinched the Larry O’Brien Trophy for the Celtics for the 17th time, and Paul Pierce earned the Finals MVP award?

Sorry for reminding you, but that wasn’t even fair what The Truth and his teammates did to Kobe Bryant and the Lakers.

For good measure, you will face that same team: The Boston Celtics.  You also know that they can damn-well win on your home floor, as they’ve already proven earlier in this series.
