The Oklahoma City Thunder have the San Antonio Spurs on the ropes heading into Game 6 of their second-round NBA playoff series at home Thursday.

And for the fifth time in six games, the Spurs find themselves as the favorites, sitting as consensus two-point road chalk at sportsbooks monitored by Odds Shark.

San Antonio is on the verge of losing three in a row for the second time in a little more than a month after the team did not drop consecutive games until April 8.

The Spurs also failed to cover the spread seven straight times during that rough stretch toward the end of the regular season, and their uneven play has resurfaced at the worst possible moment, as another loss here will send them home for the year.

The Thunder pulled off a 95-91 upset victory as 7.5-point road dogs in Game 5 on Tuesday behind a series-high 35 points from Russell Westbrook, who had struggled in the previous four matchups.
