Minnesota Timberwolves: Demarcus Cousins Is the Clear Cut Choice

OK, this 6'11'', 19 year old manchild is going to be available to the Minnesota Timberwolves at #4.

Statistically, Demarcus Cousins is the best player coming into the draft. He has size, length, aggressiveness, and a passion for the game of basketball.  However, because of his off-court issues, Demarcus' stock has slipped, and there are Wolves fans around the web seriously saying that they would take someone else over him.

My advice to them is, get a grip and look at the bigger picture. As long as the boy isn't getting into fights with NBA fans, pulling out guns on his own teammates, and running into the crowd with red in his eyes, there should be no need to talk about his off-court issues.

He's 19 years old. 19! A teenager, all teens have issues. Picture you, being a 17 or 18 year old, roughly 6'7'' to 6'9''.  You get into a fight, and everyone treats you like you are a grown man. Yes, he has some growing up to do, but he's not grown: none of these players are.
